The melody seems to have thanksgiving words following the backfire he got after his lamentable episode which prompted the passing of a three-year-old kid and his resulting hospitalization.
In a video posted on his Instagram channel, Lil Win is seen on the emergency clinic bed recording the melody with Kwaku Flick and uncovered a joint effort with the couple.
Lil Win in the tune likewise honored the three-year-old kid who lost his life because of the mishap.
